Terms and Conditions

• Goods remain the property of Joe Davies until paid for in full
• Carriage is free on all orders over £100 anywhere on the UK mainland
• We operate a back order system, items not in stock are added to your back order, as soon as your order reaches £100 we deliver free of charge.
• You can add or remove items from your back order at any time.
• Delivery times are our best estimate only and updated regularly
• We have a no quibble credit policy, if something is wrong let us know and we will give you a credit on your account.
• Items missing from your delivery must be notified within 48 hours.
• We recommend inspecting your goods as soon as possible for damages, any damages must be claimed for within 30 days.
• Payment terms are end of month following month of delivery. I.e. goods delivered in June are due payment at the end of July etc.
