Once again we are overwhelmed and delighted to have received the Gold Award for Best Service to the Independent Retailer 2015 at this year's Great's Awards in London.

Although we've won this award several times in previous years it's never something we take for granted.  As usual, this year, there was some very strong competition with many other great finalists nominated and it was a real honour to be voted the winners by you - our customers.  The Joe Davies customer service team work hard all year round and it's great to receive this recognition for their commitment.
